KDi GO is an e-Services Platform featuring comprehensive financial and wealth solutions that integrates a wide spectrum of financial and wealth offerings under one easy-to-access ecosystem. It distributes financial and wealth management products offered by Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (KIBB) and its group of subsidiaries / joint ventures / investee companies and other collaboration with third parties.
KDI Go is owned, operated, and maintained by Kenanga Digital Sdn Bhd (KDSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (KIBB).
You can sign up through our KDI Go app that can be downloaded from Play Store or Apple store. Signing up is fully digitalized and no hardcopy of submissions in person is allowed.
Once downloaded, click on the “Sign up now” button to follow the step-by-step instructions and the registration process takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Once you have successfully completed the submission, your application will be processed and the result of your application will be based on the full review on all the required information provided by you.
The result of your application will be notified via your registered email with KDI Go provided by you during the time of application.
Once you have received your approved notification, please follow the instruction in the email and you'll be able to login and use KDI Go.
If you are a Malaysian, you are required to upload a digital image or picture of the front and back of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) when you sign-up onto our platform.
If you are a Non-Malaysian, but is a permanent resident holding a Malaysian bank account, you are required to provide a digital image or picture of your passport with your personal details when you sign-up onto our platform.
Note that we are unable to onboard any U.S. Citizens or those U.S. Green Card holders.
A valid Malaysian mobile phone number and valid email address is also required during the application process.
You shall be able to access your KDI GO account in 1-2 working days from the time of application, provided that all information submitted have been accurate and images are cleared for review.
Once your account has been approved, an automated email will be sent to your registered email address.
New investors would be able to sign up for our product partners (such as but not limited to: KDI, Rakuten Trade, Kenanga Money, and Tokenize) via KDI Go.
Existing investors would be able to login into our product partners (such as but not limited to: KDI, Rakuten Trade, Kenanga Money, and Tokenize) via KDI Go by linking/binding each product respectively within KDI Go.
Upon signing up and/or linking with other products partners, you may then proceed to "Deposit funds", "Transfer funds", and "Withdraw funds" transactions. You will also be able to view your portfolio, manage bank accounts and few other features via KDI Go.
