About Us:

KDi GO is an e-Services Platform featuring comprehensive financial and wealth solutions that integrates a wide spectrum of financial and wealth offerings under one easy-to-access ecosystem. It distributes financial and wealth management products offered by Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (KIBB) and its group of subsidiaries, joint ventures, investee companies, and other third parties. 

KDi GO is owned, operated, and maintained by Kenanga Digital Sdn Bhd (KDSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (KIBB). KDSB is licenced by the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

General:

KDi GO is a one-stop digital platform for comprehensive financial and wealth solutions, catering to all risk appetites. Products that are currently available on KDi GO are KDI Save, KDI Invest, and Kenanga Money. More products will be added in the near future, so please stay tuned!

We work with selected partners to deliver the financial products available on KDI GO.
 
We work with Mechantrade Asia Sdn Bhd (Merchantrade) with respect to Kenanga Money.
 
We work with Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd (KIBB) with respect to both  KDI Save and KDI Invest. KIBB is registered as a Digital Investment Manager with the Securities Commission of Malaysia.

You can sign up through our KDi GO app that may be downloaded from the Play Store or Apple Store. No hardcopy submissions in person are allowed.

Once the KDi GO app has been downloaded, click on the “Sign up now” button and follow the instructions from there.  The registration process takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

Once you have successfully completed the submission, your application will be processed and the results of your application will be based on our review of all the information provided by you.

We will notify you of the results of your application via e-mail.

If you are a Malaysian, you are required to upload a digital image or picture of the front and back of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) when you sign-up onto our platform.

If you are a Non-Malaysian and are holding a Malaysian bank account, you are required to provide a digital image or picture of your passport with your personal details when you sign-up onto our platform. You are also able to use a Permanent Resident NRIC.

Note that due to Kenanga Digital Investing's (KDI) terms of use, we are unable to onboard any U.S. Citizens or U.S. Green Card holders.

A valid Malaysian mobile phone number and valid e-mail address is also required during the application process.

You should be able to access your KDi GO account within 1-2 working days from the time of application, provided that all the information submitted is accurate.

Once your account has been approved, an automated e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
New investors can sign up for our product partners via KDi GO.


Existing investors are able to login into their respective accounts with our product partners via KDi GO by linking each product within KDi GO.

Upon signing up and/or linking with other products partners, you may then proceed to "Deposit funds", "Transfer funds", and "Withdraw funds". You will also be able to view your portfolio, manage bank accounts and few other features via KDi GO.

 

KYU, or Know Your User, is a process we use to verify your identity and to make sure you're a real person.

To complete this verification, you will need to:

a) submit an identity document like your MyKad (NRIC) or passport,
b) take a selfie for us to compare with the photo on your identity document,
c) verify that you have a bank account in your name,
d) confirm that you own the e-mail address you've provided,
e) confirm that you use the phone number you've provided,
f) be at least 18 years old when applying,
g) not be a citizen or resident of a restricted country, and
h) meet any other requirements that might come up.

We aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

The minimum age requirement to open a KDi GO account is 18 years old. Applicants have to be at least 18 years of age at the date of application.

You can resume your application at any time. Once you log in, we will guide you through the remaining registration steps by prompting you to complete any outstanding questions. You can then submit your registration when you're finished.

Yes, you will still need to complete our verification procedure. KDi GO has its own user verification process. Even if you’ve completed KYC with another institution or Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd’s other services, you must still go through our KYU process. This step is required to meet statutory regulations.

KDi GO makes it easy to access all of your wealth products, all in one place. No need to download and manage multiple apps—everything you need is right here on the KDi GO app.

As an investor, you can handle transactions like deposits via FPX, transfer funds between your investment accounts, and withdraw money to your registered bank accounts—all on one single app.

Plus, you can check out the portfolios of each product and manage your accounts, all from within KDi GO. It’s all about making things simpler and more convenient for you.

Currently, we do not accept joint accounts.

For Android phones, you will need any operating software that is version 11 or above.
For Apple phones, you will need any iOS operating software that is version 14.0 or above.

Unfortunately, no. The KDi GO app may only be downloaded from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

You can sign up for just one KDi GO account. To register, you will need a valid phone number and either your NRIC or passport.

As your organisation's policies may not specifically address dealing restrictions with KDi GO, it is advisable to consult your relevant compliance team or supervisor before opening your KDi GO account with us.

We need your personal information for verification and to meet legal requirements. All of your information are securely stored and handled according to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable laws.

Yes, but you will need a valid NRIC, a valid Malaysian phone number and a valid e-mail address.

If you decide not to use your KDi GO account, you can easily suspend it. Just reach out to our Customer Service Team through the Contact Us form, or e-mail us at ask.kdigo@kenangadigital.com to request a suspension of your account.

If you didn’t receive an OTP, don’t worry. This could be due to factors like mobile coverage issues or e-mail security settings.

Fees & Charges:

KDi GO is a free-to-use platform, with no fees or charges. While we do not charge our users, please note that our partners may have their own specific fees for their products and services.

Security and Protection:

We value the privacy and security of your personal data. To ensure the safety of your information, we implement rigorous security measures in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and industry best practices.

All personal data is encrypted both in transit and at rest to protect it from unauthorised access or disclosure. We employ strict access controls to ensure that only authorised personnel can access your personal data.

We routinely assess our security protocols and infrastructure to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. This includes regular penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.

You are required to enter a valid e-mail address and password to access your account information from the app. If your mobile device is lost or stolen, no one can access your account without your login credentials.

If your device has been lost or stolen, we recommend the following steps to protect your account and personal information:

1. Contact your mobile carrier: Report the incident immediately and request a temporary suspension of service.

2. Notify KDi GO Customer Support: Get in touch with us right away. We will disable the login feature in the KDi GO app to prevent unauthorised access and suspend your account.

3. Use device tracking apps: If you have the Find My iPhone app on your Apple device or the Find My Device app on your Android device, use it to lock your device and secure your personal information.
