Terms and Conditions for KDi GO Referral Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”)

- The KDi Go Referral Campaign (“Referral Campaign”) shall be effective from 21 August 2024 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotional Period”)
- For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “Referrer” shall mean a person who refers new users to sign up with KDi GO; a “Referee” means a person who signs up with KDi GO by using the Referral Code in accordance with these terms and conditions; “KDI” refers to the digital investment management services known as Kenanga Digital Investing; “KDI Invest” refers to the exchange traded funds portfolio available on KDI known as KDI Invest; and “KDi GO” refers to the e-services platform known as KDi GO.
- Each new registered user of KDi GO who successfully links and activates their existing KDI account on the KDi GO application, will receive a referral code specific to them (“Referral Code”). To be eligible to participate in the Referral Campaign as a Referrer, a Referrer must invite new users to register with KDi GO by sharing their Referral Code with the new user.
- To be eligible to participate in the Referral Campaign as a Referee, a Referee must:
a) be a new user who does not have an existing KDi GO account;
b)sign-up with KDi GO using the specific Referral Code belonging to the Referrer; and
c) link and activate their existing KDI account on the KDi GO application. - Once the Referee’s KDI account has been successfully linked with their KDi GO account, both the Referee and Referrer will be entitled to a reward of RM8 each (“Referral Reward”) which will be reflected into their respective KDI Invest accounts within sixty (60) working days.
- Referrers shall be entitled to the Referral Reward for each successful referral as described above, and are permitted to share their Referral Code without limitation, and may distribute their Referral Code as many times as desired, through any lawful means, and to as many individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined herein, provided that such referrals should only be made for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- A Referee may only submit one Referral Code during the Promotional Period and is only entitled to receive the Referral Reward once under this Referral Campaign and throughout the Promotional Period.
- Kenanga reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Kenanga reserves the right to make further verifications and request for further personal identification details and documents, as well as the right to disqualify or withdraw eligibility for the Referral Reward at any time.
- The decisions regarding this Referral Campaign shall be made at the sole discretion of Kenanga, of which are final and binding and no such queries, appeals or correspondences will be entertained.
- Kenanga reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Referral Campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the Promotional Period, and the cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Promotional Period shall not entitle a Referee and/or Referrer to claim any compensation from Kenanga for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by a Referrer and/or Referee as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.
- In the event of any failure to comply with any terms and conditions of this Referral Campaign, Kenanga may in its sole discretion forfeit the Referral Reward.
- Kenanga shall not be liable for any claim made by a Referee and/or Referrer or for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Referral Campaign.
- Kenanga shall not be liable for loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Referral Campaign.
- Kenanga reserves the right to disqualify participation in the Referral Campaign if (i) the Referrer and/or Referee are found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign mechanics or the operation of the Referral Campaign; (ii) the Referee and/or Referrer are found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Referral Campaign; or (iii) the Referee and/or Referrer are in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Referral Campaign or the terms and conditions set out in Paragraph 18 below. Notwithstanding the above, Kenanga reserves the right to disqualify, cancel, reject any participation, and to cancel, withdraw or recall any reward(s) granted at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Kenanga shall have the right to initiate any action deemed necessary against the Referee and/or Referrer .
- Kenanga does not take any responsibility in the event a Referee and/or Referrer are prevented from participating in the Referral Campaign as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which including but not limited to regulatory and/or government directive, act of God etc.
- By participating in the Referral Campaign, the Referee and/or Referrer agrees to receive promotional and informational communications from Kenanga, including emails, SMS, or other forms of communication.
